Types of customisation
We believe in always using high performance materials
Both of our customisation methods are cost-effective ways to transfer high quality designs onto fabric. When looked after, the customisation will last a long time.
Your artwork is either cut from coloured HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl) or printed in full colour onto a DTF (Direct to Film) transfer film. Both customisation processes can be heat-applied onto most types of fabric.
Chat to our team who can advise on the best type of customisation for your business.
DTF gives a similar finish to screen printing but without all the set up fees! DTF is smashing the garment customisation industry, making Direct to Garment and Sublimation printing a thing of the past.
DTF works by printing fabric ink directly onto a film, which can then be heat pressed onto virtually any fabric.
HTV can be really fun and creative with loads of speciality finishes like glitter, neon and holographic! Artwork is cut, rather than printed, so the edges are super sharp and crisp. Colours are vibrant and have long-lasting protection from fading.
HTV works by cutting the artwork from a roll of coloured vinyl with heat-sensitive glue on the reverse, which can then be heat-pressed onto virtually any fabric.
