1. Choose your garments
Browse our garment catalogue online, pop into our shop to try on some garments or chat to our team who will advise on the best garment for you.
2. Get a FREE quote + mockup
Send us your logo and our design team will put together a visual of how your clothing could look.
Need a logo designed first? Our in-house design team can help with that.
3. Approve your order
After you approve your order, we’ll get it into production, which usually takes 5-10 working days.
Got an event and need your order sooner? Chat to our team – if we have your garment in stock, we’ll do our best to make sure you’ve got everything you need!
4. Order up!
We’ll let you know when your order is ready to collect from our shop in Kidderminster or we can arrange posting your order to you (Delivery from £2.50).

Types of customisation

Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV)
HTV is best suited to simple designs, logos and lettering.
HTV can be really fun and creative with loads of speciality finishes like glitter, neon and holographic! Artwork is cut, rather than printed, so the edges are super sharp and crisp. Colours are vibrant and have long-lasting protection from fading.
HTV works by cutting the artwork from a roll of coloured vinyl with heat-sensitive glue on the reverse, which can then be heat-pressed onto virtually any fabric.
Direct to Film (DTF)
DTF is a great solution for artwork with multiple colours and small detail.
DTF gives a similar finish to screen printing but without all the set up fees! DTF is smashing the garment customisation industry, making Direct to Garment and Sublimation printing a thing of the past.
DTF works by printing fabric ink directly onto a film, which can then be heat pressed onto virtually any fabric.
Embroidery
Embroidery is the best option for longevity and is a classic option
Embroidery is a classic option for professional uniforms with small logos, names and text. It is particularly great for beanies and fleece fabric, which can’t be customised any other way!
We’ve teamed up with local embroidery suppliers who are experts in the field. We ensure all the work is carried out to our highest standards.
Embroidery does require some set up to digitise your logo into a suitable stitch file. Once your artwork is set up though, repeat orders are easy.

Unlike a lot of customisation sellers, you won’t find poor quality garments on our shelves. We’ve tried and tested our workwear ranges for years, and we know the garments that last and fit well.

What makes us different?
All our customisations are designed by our in-house design team and put into production with our in-house customisers.
We believe that manufacturing should be kept local. We want to support businesses within our community whose income helps stimulate the local economy. We use local suppliers for a few of the services that we don’t currently produce in house – embroidery and PVC banners. We’ve worked with all our suppliers for years, and we trust them to produce products for our customers with the same dedication to the craft that we have. Everything gets quality checked by our production team and it’s all managed by us, which saves you the hassle of dealing with multiple companies, whilst still offering our customers excellent value for money.
