Choose one of our standard size panels or arrange a FREE site visit.
Our team will come to you to measure up for your signage and take some photos so that our design team can mockup some design ideas.
Alternatively, send over your own measurements and photos.
2. Design Stage
Already have artwork? Send it to our design team for a proof.
Need help with the design? Send us your logo and our design team will put together a visual of how your sign board could look.
Need a logo designed first? Our in-house design team can help with that.
3. Approve your order
After you approve your order, we’ll get it into production which usually takes 5-10 working days.

4. Order up!
We’ll let you know when your order is ready to collect from our shop in Kidderminster or we can arrange posting your order to you (Delivery from £10).

Aluminium composite
Durable Exterior Board
Aluminium composite is made of two sheets of coated aluminium with a solid polyethylene core. Designed to be hardwearing, weather and rust-resistant, making it the best solution for long-term external signage.
Size
Maximum board size is 8 x 4 ft (2440 x 1220).
For larger boards, multiple panels can be installed side by side.
Available in 3mm thick with a 0.15mm aluminium skin.
Finishes
Aluminium Composite comes in a standard white matt finish which can be vinyl wrapped or customised with decals.
When printed, it can be laminated with gloss, matt, anti-graffiti or dry wipe lamination films.
Fixings
Aluminium Composite can be drilled and installed with screws.
We supply matching screwcaps* to the background colour with all our aluminium composite sign boards which help to make the fittings look more professional.
The panels can be supplied pre-drilled ready to install.
*Screwcaps are included with installation fees. Additional cost may apply for supply only.
Perspex Acrylic
Luxury Interior or Exterior Sign
Perspex acrylic signs offer luxurious high end signage or stunning wall art. Designed to last for years, an acrylic sign will typically be used on a business property at the entrance, designed to ensure that the business feels professional and approachable.
Custom Sizes
Custom acrylic panels are available in clear or 35 opaque colours.
Available in 3mm, 5mm, 8mm and 10mm thickness.
Can be supplied with square or rounded corners.

Finishes
Standard colours are available in a gloss finish.
Clear*, White, Black, Dark Grey, Grey, Violet, Sky, Azure, Brilliant Blue, Navy, Lime, Green, Kelly Green, Brown, Burgundy, Hot Pink, Red, Tomato, Orange, Golden Yellow, Yellow, Ivory, Cream, Gold, Silver, Opal* (Translucent), Mirror Silver, Mirror Gold.
*All colours are opaque except Clear and Opal.
**Mirror acrylic is not guaranteed for exterior use.
Pastel colours are available in a matt or mid-gloss finish.
Grape, Salmon, Peach, Lemon, Mint, Baby Blue, Powder Blue, Lavender.
Fixings
To see the smooth polished edges of acrylic, they are usually installed with metal stand offs.
Stand offs are available in 3 sizes (19x19mm, 13x19mm and 25x25mm) and 2 finishes (Chrome and Satin).
The acrylic can be supplied pre-drilled ready to install with stand offs. The recommended number of stand offs will be advised based on the size of your panel.
Sign Tray
Robust Exterior Sign
Manufactured from 3mm aluminium composite and available in a range of colours and finishes. Our folded pan sign trays provide a robust, long lasting signage solution for exterior use.
Size
Due to the sheet size the following are maximum sizes (inc returns) for panels:
Standard colours: 3000mm (w) x 1460mm (h)
Special finish colours: 2400mm (w) x 1200mm (h)
For signs bigger than the above, they have to be manufactured as multiple panels. These are supplied with tongue & groove joining strips for on-site application.

Our Sign trays are supplied with all the fixings you need to attach your sign tray to the wall.
Foamex
Lightweight Interior Board
Foamex board is lightweight and widely used for exhibitions and indoor signage. It can be easily displayed with double sided tape or Velcro. It can also be installed outdoors for temporary signage with cable ties or screwed for increased durability.
Size
Maximum board size is 8 x 4 ft but commonly come in standard paper sizes.
Available in 3mm, 5mm, 10mm and 19mm thickness.
Finishes
Foamex comes with a standard white finish which can be vinyl wrapped or customised with decals.
When printed, it can be laminated with gloss, matt, anti-graffiti or dry wipe lamination films.
Fixings
Due to it’s light weight Foamex boards can be hung with double sided tape, velcro or cable ties.
It can also be drilled and installed with screws for more durability.
Correx
Lightweight Temporary Exterior Board
Correx is a waterproof lightweight corrugated plastic board and widely used for external temporary signage. It can be easily displayed with cable ties.
Size
Maximum board size is 1230 x 1000mm
Stock sizes
24x18inch (610 x 457mm), 32x24inch (813 x 610mm), 39×39 Inch (1000 x 1000mm), 48×36 Inch (1230 x 915mm), 48x39in (1230 x 1000mm).
Colours
Correx comes in 6 standard colours (White, Black, Yellow, Red, Green and Blue) which can be vinyl wrapped or customised with decals.
Fixings
Due to it’s light weight Foamex boards can be hung externally with cable ties or internally with double sided tape or velcro.
Our installation team
Our professional install team has years of experience installing signage. They are available to fit signage throughout the midlands.
Our team will organise all access equipment, scaffolding towers and platforms when required. Our installers are fully insured, health & safety and first aid trained. Risk assessments can be supplied on request.

Printed Vinyl
What is printed vinyl?
Printed vinyl is exactly what it sounds like: inks are used to print a design onto clear or white vinyl. Printed vinyl is ideal for multiple colours, gradients, shading, photographs and complex illustrations. Due to the ink being on the surface of the vinyl, the colour can fade quicker than cut vinyl which has the colour throughout the material.
Cut Vinyl
What is Cut Vinyl?
A specialist machine follows the design using a sharp blade, which cuts out shapes and letters from pre-coloured rolls of vinyl. This gives a sharper edge to the artwork than printed graphics.
Cut vinyl decals have no background, the background that you see behind the cut vinyl design is what you install it onto, be that a bare coloured surface or pre-applied coloured vinyl.
